Refund Policy

1. Consulting and Engineering Services

Due to the personalized nature of our software development and consulting services, payments made for services already performed are non-refundable. Project stages are billed upon acceptance of the corresponding milestones.

2. Subscription Cancellation

For services under a SaaS or monthly maintenance model, the client can cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds will not be prorated for partial months.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the initial deliverable of a phase, MM Consolutions commits to performing the necessary revisions as stipulated in the service contract before proceeding with the final payment for that phase.

4. Claim Process

Any request for charge review must be submitted in writing to contact@mmconsolutions.com within 30 days of the billing date.
